Absolutely unparalleled customer service and professional communication. Finding an honest and integrity based mechanic has always been a struggle for me, but Devins honesty, transparency and communication in regards to what my vehicle needed was not only the most well priced but the fact of how much he took his time and experience to discuss what other places disregard such as diagnosis, cost effectiveness of options etc. The fact that mobility had separated him from his peer group interested me, but his dedication to duty and his integrity earned a customer for life! Devin replaced the brakes on an older Jeep Cherokee we bought for my teenager. He noticed a problem as he got into it and let us know right away, and was able to fix that as well. He was quick and we are very pleased with his work.

I love the concept of bringing automotive knowledge directly to the customer. Devin was great with communication, showed up on time, provided a quote after giving a free inspection, and serviced my truck right from my parking lot. I was happy with Devin's honesty in presenting both best case and worst case scenarios for my trucks transmission and his willingness to propose the cheaper possible solution before simply going right to replacing the whole transmission without hearing anything from me. My co-workers are excited about the possibility of getting a free inspection delivered to you and I will definitely continue to pass the word.
